Quality renovations add value to your investment
Sandtown Renovation

Renovation Solutions did the project management of this remodel for a young first time investor in Southwest Atlanta. We came up with the new open concept kitchen layout, master bedroom and bathroom reconfiguration, and assisted the client in selecting colors, cabinets, tile, lighting, and other finish details. Our weekly walk through with the client helped keep him informed about job progress so he could continue to focus on his full time job, resting assured that his renovation was well managed.

Kirkwood Renovation

Situated across from Gilliam Park in Atlanta's hot Kirkwood neighborhood, this historic home was fully renovated from top to bottom. The foundation and floor structure were repaired, a 250 sqft master suite was added, the kitchen was relocated and remodeled, all new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems were installed, and a new Energy Star roof and several other energy efficient upgrades were installed. The exterior received a much needed face lift with a new driveway, landscaping package, restored front porch, and fresh paint.

Kirkwood Renovation II

A classy craftsman bungalow in the heart of Kirkwood! This fully renovated home seamlessly blends style and sophistication with classic craftsman features. The interior was gutted and a second story added, highlighted by a cedar shake dormer. Custom cabinets, shiplap walls, and built ins all contribute to the home's unique charm.

Kirkwood Renovation III

Another beautifully renovated home in Atlanta's hot Kirkwood neighborhood! Renovation Solutions managed this project from framing through completion after the homeowners had struggled with multiple delays and contractor woes. Despite a tight timeline and budget, our team was able to pick up the pieces and guide the homeowners to the finish line. A second story addition was completed and the existing interior completely redone to turn this house into a home.
Peyton Forest Renovation

Located in the quaint tree lined Peyton Forest neighborhood, this home received a cosmetic overhaul that included a modern kitchen makeover, open concept layout, a new master suite with large walk in closet, and restored original hardwood. The basement was finished to include an additional three bedrooms, a new bathroom, and large common area.

Norcross Kitchen & Bathrooms Renovation

Renovation Solutions updated this 1990's Norcross home with a new kitchen, master bathroom, and secondary bathroom. The cramped kitchen was completely redesigned with new recessed lights and pendants, a spacious peninsula and butler cabinets to add more space and entertaining. The master bathroom received a complete overhaul with a beautiful new stand alone tub, walk-in tiled shower, and double vanity.

Hunter Hills Renovation

This beautiful brick ranch was completely renovated, including a spacious finished basement. Two new bedrooms were created to turn this home into a massive 6 bedroom, 3 bath home. The original hardwood floors were refinished with a dark, rich tone throughout the main level. Other upgrades included basement water proofing, all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, attic insulation, new roof, flooring, completely remodeled kitchen, and remodeled bathrooms. Renovated to meet Atlanta Housing Authority standards.

Mozley Park Renovation

This gorgeous home needed lots of love to revive it to it's original charm. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom floors were completely reframed due to termite and water damage and the walls were covered in thick nicotine residue. Renovations here include laminate flooring in the living room, a remodeled kitchen and laundry, complete with solid plywood cabinets, a new bathroom, refinished oak hardwoods, and all new systems. Renovated to meet Atlanta Housing Authority standards.

Oakland City Renovation

Just south of historic West End, this traditional brick cottage was relatively well maintained, but needed some sprucing up. The carpet was pulled back and the oak hardwoods brought back to life with a natural finish. The kitchen received a makeover with freshly painted cabinets, new counters, and new vinyl floors. All new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs modernized the home, making it more efficient. Renovated to meet Atlanta Housing Authority standards.

Hunter Hills Renovation II

This small, but charming bungalow underwent a total rehab to restore it to it's original character and make ready for an Atlanta Housing Authority rental. The property had a poorly structured addition in the rear and a deteriorating closed in back porch. Both of these areas were demolished, the foundation wall repaired, new siding stitched in to match the existing asbestos siding, and a new rear deck built, bringing the home back to it's original footprint. The interior layout was redesigned to accommodate a new kitchen and bathroom. The pine floors were refinished throughout, as well as new systems and a new roof.
